Pastor Dana Coyle graduated from the Association Free Lutheran Theological Seminary in 2002, and served several parishes in the northern Illinois area before coming to Prince of Peace in May of 2025.  He and his wife Heather have been married for 31 years, and have been blessed with 5 children and 1 grandchild (so far!).  He enjoys hiking, drinking coffee, doing Crossfit, quiet evenings at home watching true crime documentaries, and singing all the verses of every hymn no matter what.  He believes that turkey bacon and iced coffee are crimes against nature, and he preferred life before cell phones existed.  He dreams of touring castles throughout Europe.  He is fulfilled by the challenge of studying God’s Word in preparation to preach and teach, and since you have to die somehow, he hopes one day to die in the pulpit.

Cody started serving Prince of Peace in Aug. 2022. Cody grew up in Valley CIty ND. He attended AFLBS in Plymouth, MN. He got married in fall of 2020. He and his wife, Sierra were blessed with their first child, Luke, in 2024. He is looking forward to serving the youth of the church and the community. Cody enjoys hunting, fishing and ultimate frisbee.

Heather began serving Prince of Peace in June of 2025.  She and Pastor Dana have been married for 31 years and have five children and one grandchild.  Heather enjoys hot and iced coffee and turkey bacon (regardless of what her husband thinks), reading, CrossFit, long walks and hikes, German Shepherds, and all things related to  canning and preserving food (don’t ask her how many canning jars she has).
